At Tiger Prints 3D, we attempt to ship as fast as possible, as safely as possible. We will try to ship all products within 48 hours of completion of an order. If there is an issue, we will attempt to contact you in a timely manner.
If your order is incorrect in the sense that its size, scale or other specification is wrong when compared to what you ordered, please take a picture demonstrating the defect and we will work with you to remedy the problem. If necessary, we will reprint and send you a new version free of charge. Please note that any modifications you make to the product will likely reduce our ability to give a full refund.
While we guarantee that all parts will be shipped as securely as possible, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process. Any issues with parts that arrive damaged must be brought up with the postal service.
Once an order has been printed, we are only able to give refunds in credit towards future orders at Tiger Prints 3D. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that the part is functional beforehand. For what to expect, design advice and repair tips, go here and scroll down.
